AARP Tax volunteers will be available by APPOINTMENT ONLY to provide free tax assistance. Walk-ins cannot be seen. The program is open to taxpayers of all ages. AARP membership is not required. To make an appointment you may:

  • Visit the library and speak to library staff at the information desk. You may also pick up your pre-appointment intake booklet at the library.
  • Submit a request for assistance on TaxAideWA20.org
  • Call 360-592-3489 and wait for a call back.

You will need to complete a pre-appointment intake booklet, and bring all necessary documentation outlined in your intake booklet to your appointment. Missing documents or incomplete forms will result in a canceled appointment. Due to an anticipated high volume of appointment requests, it may not always be possible to reschedule.

AARP Tax volunteers and library staff require all visitors to wear a cloth face covering over their mouth and nose during their visit.
