Low Key: A Typing Club for Adults

Join Shelton Timberland Library staff in person or via Zoom for a fun and supportive hour of typing practice. We’ll use popular and freely available online tools and games to build your typing skills and confidence. 

No previous typing experience is required. We will, however, be progressing through lessons and learning modules as we get more comfortable with the keyboard layout and typing with all of our fingers. Newcomers are encouraged to join and catch up on previously covered material on their own or by scheduling a tech help appointment at the library. 

If you plan on attending in person, please bring your own laptop or other keyboard equipped device. For attendees without access to a computer or laptop, we will have a select number of computers and laptops available the day of the program. Please contact us ahead of time to make a reservation for a device.
